I believe life is not about becoming perfect — it is about understanding ourselves a little better every day. *FromWoundToWonder* was created as a space for healing, reflection, growth, and peace. Through simple thoughts, life mantras, and honest reflections, I hope to help people feel less alone in their struggles and more connected to themselves. I write about overthinking, emotional healing, fear, discipline, peace, and the quiet lessons life teaches us through everyday experiences. This blog is not about teaching people how to live. It is about exploring different perspectives, questioning our thoughts, and finding beauty even in difficult moments. Some wounds break us. Some wounds awaken us. And sometimes, those wounds become wonder. Welcome to my little corner of thoughts, healing, and humanity.
